I am trying to raise funds to learn the historical and spiritual context of Sakyant tattoos and master traditional tattooing techniques at the Tisapamoak Sakyant Art School in Cambodia. There is so much meaning behind this ritual, so the value to learn is quite high. This artistry is based on Buddhism, Hinduism, and generations of ancestry.

If I am able to train here, it would mean so much to me; to offer this art that carries such personal and spiritual significance that provides protection into the wearer.

I will not be able to become an official Kru Ajaa, I am just hoping to expand my learning and find community.

I am leaving in April - with this as my main reason and purpose... so I hope to make it!
